Fascias and Soffits
Our Fascias, and Ventilated Soffit Systems, not only look great but also offer fantastic value for money.
Our maintenance free systems offer great protection against the elements, with the added benefit of keeping your roof space well ventilated something that is often overlooked by the home owner.
Keeping your roof space ventilated will not only preserve your roof, but will also save you from potential financial losses down the road. For example, a poor ventilated roof and eaves area can lead to perished roof felt, wet fibre glass, damaged roof timbers and battens.
Our systems offer maximum air flow around your roof space area keeping it in tip top condition. We can also offer these systems in different colour options to compliment your property.
When using Barclay and Co for your installation you will get a quality product that has a ten year warranty and the only maintenance you will need to do will be an occasional wipe down.
We also offer dry ridge and verge systems to compliment your property. Dry verge systems are a fantastic product that fit over your current slate/ tile verge which protects your barge-boards from the elements and looks super smart. There is no need to remove your existing barge-board for this work.
If your having new soffits, fascias, guttering and a dry verge system fitted then why not have a dry ridge system fitted as well for maximum benefit.
This is achieved by removing your current ridge tiles on your roof then fitting a breathable mesh system over your ridge which is then stuck down. You then re-fit your old ridges back using a rigid plastic system with screws. This is a great product along with the dry verge system because not only does it save costly re-pointing repairs to your ridges and verges, it improves the efficiency of your home.
